Bilingual Customer Service Representative -

Insurance Agency Longmont CO & Westminster, CO Starting Pay:

$16.00/hour Full-Time | In-Office Position American Insurance Specialist is looking for a dependable, friendly, and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Westminster office. Insurance experience is a plus.

Requirements:

Must be bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish Must be dependable and punctual Employees must be able to work their scheduled hours without bringing dependents to the workplace Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable answering phones and assisting customers Basic computer and email skills Organized and able to multitask Professional, positive attitude Detailed oriented Insurance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls in English and Spanish Assist customers with payments and basic account needs Collect and organize customer documents Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email Data entry and maintaining customer records Assist licensed agents with administrative duties Provide excellent customer service General office duties as needed We're looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and interested in growing with our agency.

Starting Pay:
