Job Description

Client Services Associate plays a critical role in the back-office functioning of our firm. With responsibility for the day-to-day operational duties of the firm, the Client Services Associate helps keep the office running smoothly and ensures that all client paperwork and processing is handled in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. This role will provide ongoing service and support to clients that exceeds expectations.
Job Duties:
  • Answer phones and schedule meetings
  • Data Entry
  • Clerical Duties
  • Meeting preparation and assistance
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of services offered by the company
  • Handles miscellaneous operational activities
  • Pays attention to detail and has great organizational skills

8 hour shift Monday to
Friday Education:
High school or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience in financial services (preferred)
  • Pay scale and responsibilities based on experience.

From $40,000.00 per year
