The Wohrley Allstate Agency is growing and looking for a P&C Licensed Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering world-class service, handling high call volume, and creating exceptional client experiences. What You'll Do As the first point of contact for our clients, you will: Handle a high volume of inbound calls and in-office customer interactions Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage reviews Provide accurate, efficient, and friendly service on every interaction Support the sales team by identifying opportunities to cross-sell and retain business Manage multiple tasks and customers throughout the day with speed and precision Ensure every client receives a professional, positive experience What We're Looking For We are specifically seeking candidates with: Fluency in both Spanish and English (required) Prior experience in personal lines insurance (strongly preferred) Active Property & Casualty License (required)

Compensation Salary Range:
