• $16.80/hour to $19.25/hour About Tesoro Life Tesoro Life is a premium wellness and longevity clinic offering IV therapy, injections, hormone optimization, peptides, weight management, contrast therapy (sauna and cold plunge), red light therapy, and memberships. We deliver evidence-based treatments under medical oversight in a welcoming, spa-like setting. We're looking for a warm, polished Client Engagement Specialist to make every guest's experience exceptional from the moment they walk in. About the Role You'll be the first person our guests meet and the one who makes them want to come back. You'll welcome clients, manage the schedule, give facility tours, and walk guests through our services and equipment so they feel confident and comfortable. Between visits, you'll reset and prepare rooms so each guest walks into a clean, ready space. This role suits someone who loves hospitality, takes pride in the details, and enjoys helping people feel their best. What You'll Do Guest Experience Greet every guest warmly and make them feel welcome Give facility tours and explain our services clearly and confidently Show guests how to use the sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, and other equipment safely and correctly Answer questions about our services and membership options Front Desk & Scheduling Manage check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling Answer phone calls, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally Keep the schedule running smoothly and on time Room Turnover & Facility Care Clean, sanitize, and reset rooms and equipment between guests Keep the lobby, treatment areas, and amenities clean, stocked, and welcoming Take ownership of the space: notice what needs attention and handle it Requirements Customer service, hospitality, spa, or front desk experience Outgoing, friendly, and genuinely enjoys working with people Clear, confident communicator who can explain services in a simple, approachable way Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks at once Comfortable with regular cleaning and room turnover duties Available for opening shifts, closing shifts, and some weekends Preferred Qualifications Experience in a spa, fitness, wellness, or membership-based business Familiarity with sauna, cold plunge, red light, or contrast therapy Experience with scheduling or booking software Schedule & Pay $16.80/hour to $19.25/hour Full-time or part-time Shifts include openings, closings, and some weekends Benefits Discounts on services On-the-job training on our services and equipment Why Tesoro Life Modern, upscale wellness environment Room to grow with a clinic that's expanding A positive, supportive team that values initiative
