Job Description
Service Receptionist (BDC Receptionist) Join our growing Service Team! We're looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Service Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people. This position pays $18-$25 per hour What You'll Do Welcome customers and provide exceptional service in person and by phone. Schedule service appointments and manage customer follow-up. Coordinate communication between customers, Service Advisors, Parts, and insurance companies. Notify customers when parts arrive and coordinate installation appointments. Assist with service paperwork, data entry, and vehicle check-ins. Complete new vehicle damage checks and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) paperwork. Address customer questions and concerns professionally. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organization and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment. Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude. Automotive dealership or service experience is a plus.
