Akkodis is seeking a Customer Experience Operations Professional for a Contract with a client in Westminster, CO. The ideal candidate will support the administration and optimization of global customer experience incentive and commission programs, ensuring accurate calculations, reporting, and process efficiency.

Rate Range:

$32/Hour to $ 34.65/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Customer Experience Operations Professional Responsibilities include: Administer and maintain customer experience incentive and commission programs for global team members. Perform commission calculations, validate payment accuracy, and support incentive plan management. Analyze compensation and operational data using Excel, Salesforce reports, and other reporting tools. Collaborate with Compensation, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to resolve compensation-related issues. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance commission planning, reporting, and operational efficiency. Prepare reports, track performance metrics, and communicate insights to key stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2+ years of experience in compensation administration, sales/customer success operations, finance, or a related analytical role. Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities. Experience with Salesforce reporting, BI tools, commission administration, or incentive compensation programs preferred.

Pay Details:
