Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Jaci Carroll Staffing is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Inside Sales/Customer Support Representative to join a growing industrial business in Canton, CT. This is a customer-facing role at the center of our day-to-day operations. You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, match them with the right products, and ensure everything runs smoothly from quote to delivery. Because they're a small team, you'll have visibility across the business and real impact on how things get done. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working with people — someone who takes pride in follow-through and being part of a team. What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendor partners
• Learn their product line and guide customers to solutions (materials, sizes, tolerances, grades)
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and handle invoicing and billing
• Review vendor invoices and manage drop-ship orders
• Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in our system
• Coordinate with operations and shipping to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
• Provide responsive, knowledgeable support to customers and teammates
• Additional daily tasks may include getting the mail, filing, and processing credit card transactions What We're Looking For
• Experience in a customer-facing role — sales, customer service, account coordination, or similar
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable learning technical products (they'll train you)
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Self-starter who works well in a small team environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic calculations
• Valid driver's license Nice to Have
• Experience with industrial products
• Familiarity with materials or tolerances
