Job Description

Job Requirements Schedules service for customers either in person or on the phone to ensure prompt and accurate diagnosis of any problem Makes repair recommendations and manages the delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectations Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude, answering any questions and/or directing them to the appropriate person or location Verifies customer appointments and all relevant customer information (name, VIN, tag number, mileage, etc.) Arranges service or repair and sets expectations for cost and completion Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner 1 year previous experience preferred.
