Role Description The Automotive BDC Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Fairfield, CT. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to internet leads, and engaging with customers via phone, email, and text to schedule sales and service appointments. The role includes accurately documenting customer interactions in the CRM system, following up on leads, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience. The representative will maintain high standards of professionalism and customer care, assist in meeting department goals, and support dealership marketing and outreach initiatives as needed. Qualifications Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills. Clear and professional Communication skills, with excellent Phone Etiquette. Basic Sales skills, with the ability to build rapport and encourage appointment setting. Comfort using CRM or similar systems, with solid data entry and organizational skills. Ability to work on-site full time in Fairfield, CT, with reliable attendance and time management. Prior experience in automotive, call center, or retail customer service is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business or communications is a plus. Willingness to learn dealership processes, follow scripts when needed, and adapt to changing priorities.
