Job Description
Toyota Service Advisors Needed! We have multiple Toyota dealerships looking to bring on service advisors to add to their team. Customer Service experience is required. We are looking for a polished, experienced, knowledgeable Advisor. The service advisor/writer has the opportunity to interact with thousands of customers to build customer loyalty by developing trust and confidence in the dealership and the services we provide. This is an entry level position. You will be : Scheduling appointments Discussing customer's concerns about mechanical problems Advising customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturer's specifications Contacting customers by telephone regarding changes to the estimate or time promised Delivering vehicles to customers, review work performed, explain charges and answer questions Assisting the service manager as necessary
