Position Overview:
As a Client Care Advisor, you will oversee quality assurance and interact directly with clients and their families. You'll be responsible for managing multiple demands and ensuring client satisfaction while adapting to their evolving needs. This is a full-time role within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, requiring proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new virtual platforms.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct quality assurance visits with clients and families. Address and resolve client concerns to ensure satisfaction. Introduce caregivers to clients and ensure proper training and support. Perform supervisory visits with caregivers to assess their skills and provide coaching or training as needed. Help grow business by identifying opportunities to modify service plans to best support ongoing needs of the Clients.
Minimum Requirements:
Current Drivers License and Auto Insurance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities. Strong communication skills, with a service and solution-oriented mindset. Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new virtual platforms. Full Time, In-Person Salaried Position M-F 8:30a-4:30p To be considered for this position you MUST include a current resume
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to think critically, prioritize competing demands, and make sound decisions independently. Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate difficult conversations professionally. Experience supervising, coaching, mentoring, or developing caregivers or healthcare staff. Proficient using multiple software platforms and technology in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated initiative and a strong sense of ownership, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify solutions, and follow through with minimal supervision. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
