Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, or in-person.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support through active listening and effective communication.
- Analyze customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Utilize computer software to record customer interactions and update customer information.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and ensure all calls are handled with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide customer support and address any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to address their concerns or to provide additional information.
- Work in a call center environment and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services and be able to answer customer questions accurately.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues.
- Proficiency in cash handling and payment processing.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Experience with computer software and typing skills are necessary.
- Strong phone etiquette and a professional demeanor.
- Experience in a call center environment is a significant asset.
- Ability to analyze and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Strong customer support skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Pay:
$19.50- $20.
