Job Description

  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a passion for providing top-notch support to our customers. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Duties:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, or in-person.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through active listening and effective communication.
  • Analyze customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
  • Utilize computer software to record customer interactions and update customer information.
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and ensure all calls are handled with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide customer support and address any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct outbound calls to customers to address their concerns or to provide additional information.
  • Work in a call center environment and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services and be able to answer customer questions accurately.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Proficiency in cash handling and payment processing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Experience with computer software and typing skills are necessary.
  • Strong phone etiquette and a professional demeanor.
  • Experience in a call center environment is a significant asset.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Strong customer support skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Pay:
$19.50
  • $20.
00 per hour
