Job Description

We're seeking two Customer Service Representatives to join a growing manufacturing team. These are fully onsite roles with long term potential. Open to candidates with strong customer service (preferrably with experience in a manufacturing environment).
Pay:
$26+ (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday to
Friday Location:
Milford, NH (fully onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage customer orders
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Communicate order details
  • Handle and resolve customer issues
  • Maintain customer records
Must Haves:
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working onsite full-time
Preferred:
  • Experience with international shipping and export documentation
