In this energetic role, you will be the primary point of contact, providing exceptional service while assisting customers with their needs. Your enthusiasm and proactive attitude will help create a welcoming environment where customers enjoy shopping and feel confident in their purchases. Whether engaging in product demos, handling transactions, or supporting merchandising efforts, you'll play a vital role in delivering a positive shopping experience that keeps customers coming back. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, ensuring they receive personalized attention. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions, handle cash and card payments, and perform cash handling duties with integrity. Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are attractively presented. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and directing calls appropriately. Assist in retail sales activities by promoting store promotions, suggesting complementary products, and supporting upselling efforts. Support inventory management through stock checks, inventory counts, and assisting with stock replenishment to ensure product availability. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential. Supervising experience is a plus, especially if it involved training or mentoring team members. Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs But not required Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Strong communication skills combined with excellent phone etiquette will help you build rapport with customers.
