June-August, Perfect for College Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Electric Bike Customer Service/Receptionist to join our team. You will be the friendly face and voice of our shop, providing customer support both in person and over the phone. Our Shop Please visit our Instagram! @sparkcycleworks Duties Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist them with inquiries about electric bikes, accessories, and services Manage phone systems, answer incoming calls promptly, and direct calls to appropriate departments or team members Support additional administrative tasks such as bookkeeping, inventory tracking, and supporting personal assistant functions as needed Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be a great multitasker and highly organized. Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and familiarity with data entry systems Prior experience in customer service or reception roles preferred You can also see our main website: sparkcyckeworks.com
