• Full-time G&H Equipment is a family-owned, well-established outdoor power equipment dealership proudly serving our community for over 70 years.

We are seeking a full-time Service Writer to join our team. This is a key role focused on customer service, workflow coordination, and keeping our service department running efficiently. We are an authorized dealer for John Deere, Kubota, Hustler, and Stihl.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday:

8:00 AM

• 5:00 PM Seasonal Saturdays (April, May and June): 8:00 AM
• 12:00

• accrues from day 1, available after 120 day waiting period Simple IRA with company match, after 90 day waiting period Year-end performance bonus (based on tenure and company profitability) Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greet and assist service customers in-person and over the phone Write up repair orders and document customer concerns clearly Prepare estimates and communicate repair timelines and costs Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion Schedule equipment pickup and delivery Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service department Support and help lead service technicians

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Mechanical knowledge or experience required Computer proficiency (experience with service/repair software is a plus) Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must pass a background check and drug screening
