Job Description

Client Service Specialist The Opportunity:
Looking for a proactive, detail-oriented applicant with exceptional customer service skills. Responsibilities include completing paperwork and administrative tasks as directed. If you put value in building relationships, are committed to serving clients at the highest level, genuinely like helping people, thrive in a fast- paced environment, and have excellent communication skills, this role may be a great fit!
Responsibilities:
Answer phone and handle all client service issues. Schedule meetings and make appointment reminders. Review completed client forms for accuracy. Process all new business and administrative transactions in a timely manner. Update contact management system. Process incoming and outgoing mail, draft letters as directed. Track pending paperwork. Manage blast email campaigns. Make recommendations to systematize and improve office functioning. Plan and manage client events. Track and order all supplies. Spearhead special projects. Manage the phone systems.
Required knowledge/skills:
Associate's (Required), Bachelor's (Preferred) Proficient with Windows Office applications and CRM systems. Proofreading (or quality assurance) skills to ensure that own work is in accordance with advisor criteria. Customer service experience. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Sufficient patience to do repetitive work correctly. Ability to proactively relate client concerns to advisor. Ability to identify and solve problems.
