NAUGATUCK

is looking for a temp real estate paralegal for appoximately 4-5 months Start in June•thru the end of October 2026

Hours:

Monday•Friday 9am•4pm

Pay Range:

$25-27/hour Based on your knowledge and experience Candidates should have relevant real estate paralegal experience (3+ years) Prepare and review residential real estate closing documents Open, track, and manage residential purchase and refinance files from contract to closing Order title searches, payoffs, surveys, and municipal lien letters Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and title companies Prepare legal documents, deeds, affidavits, and closing packages Schedule closings and assist with final document execution Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of all closing documents Maintain organized electronic and paper files Other administrative responsibilities as needed
