Rasham is a Pakistani food based restaurant that specializes in Halal and ethnic dishes in the heart of South Windsor,CT. We partner with local vendors for community led events during religious holidays and uphold a team oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly, maintaining a clean environment, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and explaining daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Serve food and drinks to tables while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Buss tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next guests. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and service stations by following sanitation protocols. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from guests.
