Are you a CNA looking for an opportunity to add value to the arrival of the residents you service? Lutheran Rehabilitation and Skilled Center is on the look out for a Customer Service Liaison. This is a part-time need with a schedule of nights and weekends. Weekdays 4:00-8:00 and Saturday-Sunday 10:00-6:00p . Duties Description As a Customer service rock star you will fill the position of Customer Service Liaison. Just like the staff at any fine hotel, a concierge/guest service liaison works diligently to make patients, residents and their families comfortable. Patient satisfaction is the primary goal and the guest relations team will exceed expectations by doing whatever it takes to elevate the patient experience. This position will ultimately be responsible for personally enriching the lives of the people we serve and enhancing our overall customer service. Skills needed include but are not limited to; CNA Certified - MUST hold and active CNA license in the state of CT. Customer Service Microsoft Word & Excel Time Management Ability to multitask and be flexible A "can do" attitude and problem solving skills A compassionate and caring demeanor Willingness to be a team player but also able to work independently Excellent communication and organization skills The position of Customer Services Liaison will coordinate new admissions to the facility and function as the guest liaison by responding to customer service requests and resolving problems. The Guest Services Liaison helps provide a comfortable transition to the facility and smooth admissions process. The responsibilities of the position will range widely based on the needs of the guest and may include; Giving tours and responding to inquiries Preparing charts for admission Assisting with the completion of admission documentation Ensuring the facility and patient rooms are always "tour ready" Obtaining Patient Satisfaction Surveys and Testimonials Securing items requested by guests to make them more comfortable Assisting with non-clinical tasks as requested Elevate your career and make a difference by joining the Lutheran Team.
