At Asset Management Group, Inc. you will learn financial planning, investment strategies, allocation modeling, and We are looking for a friendly, poised, even keeled with a college degree, and experience in the financial industry. Our firm has been successful for over three decades and weathered all the financial industry storms without losing a beat. You'll be given training and experience all aspects of our business for the first 90 days. After which time, you'll become a Paraplanner and You'll be involved in all aspects of our business, which for our clients, translates to anything about money that might keep them up at night, so they can rest easily. Its fast paced, and a great candidate will have the ability to pivot on a dime, when there is a need. The salary is more than competitive, with all the perks. The ability to qualify for bonuses will kick in, after we've assigned you your own clients. Excellence in MS Office, familiarity with CRMs, and knowledge of financial platforms is expected. You'll be an important addition to our team of professionals and support staff. Conveniently located at Bulls Head in Stamford, the hours are 9-6, M-F with the ability to qualify to work remotely, part of the time, after one year. Execute all client service and account administration tasks with precision and efficiency. Position Summary The Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for transactional client service and account maintenance . This role ensures all operational workflows—new accounts, transfers, distributions, and updates—are processed accurately and in a timely manner. This is a non-advisory, non-client-facing role focused on execution, not relationship management. Core Responsibilities Account Administration Process new account openings, transfers (ACATs), and account updates Maintain accurate client records in CRM and custodian systems (e.g., Charles Schwab, Fidelity Investments) Handle beneficiary changes, address updates, and service requests Transaction Processing Distributions, contributions, rollovers Money movements and standing instructions Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) processing (execution only) Service Requests Respond to inbound client requests (email/phone) Coordinate paperwork and follow-through Escalate complex issues to CSA or advisor Compliance & Documentation Ensure all paperwork is complete and compliant Maintain audit-ready documentation Follow firm workflows and custodian procedures precisely Success Metrics (KPIs) Accuracy rate Turnaround time on requests Workflow adherence Clean, audit-ready documentation Qualifications 2-5 years in financial services operations Strong attention to detail and process discipline Experience with CRM and custodial platforms Licensing optional (Series 6/63 a plus, not required) What This Role Is NOT Not responsible for client relationship management Not attending client meetings Not preparing financial plans or giving advice Next step: Client Service Associate (CSA)Role Type:

Enhance the client experience and extend advisor capacity through proactive service and planning coordination. Position Summary The Client Service Associate (CSA) is a client-facing, relationship-oriented role responsible for coordinating all aspects of the client experience. This individual partners directly with advisors to ensure clients receive consistent, proactive, and high-quality service , while also supporting financial planning and ongoing relationship management. Core ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Support Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients Proactively manage client service calendar (reviews, RMDs, tax coordination) Anticipate client needs and ensure follow-through Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up Prepare meeting agendas, reports, and planning materials Participate in client meetings (in-person or virtual) Document action items and ensure execution Financial Planning Coordination Assist in data gathering and organization Coordinate outputs from planning software (e.g., eMoney Advisor, MoneyGuidePro) Track implementation of planning recommendations Advisor Leverage Act as a "quarterback" across planning, operations, and client service Coordinate with CSR for all transactional work Ensure nothing falls through the cracks Success Metrics (KPIs) Client satisfaction and retention Advisor time saved / capacity gained Meeting readiness and follow-through Quality and timeliness of client communication Qualifications 3-7 years in financial services (RIA experience preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Experience supporting financial planning Licensing preferred (Series 7/66); CFP® track strongly preferred What This Role Is NOT Not primarily responsible for paperwork processing Not a back-office-only role Not purely administrativePay:
