This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, scheduling service appointments, and supporting customer satisfaction initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is comfortable on the phone, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Automotive experience is a plus but not required—we will train the right candidate. Responsibilities Answer inbound service calls, emails, and text messages in a professional and timely manner Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, maintenance reminders, and missed appointments Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM and dealership systems Communicate effectively with service advisors and management to set proper customer expectations Support customer satisfaction (CSI) and retention efforts Meet daily and monthly appointment and contact goals Maintain a positive, professional attitude and provide an excellent customer experience Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service, call center, or automotive dealership experience required Strong phone, verbal, and written communication skills Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and multi-line phone systems Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of customer interactions Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Professional appearance and demeanor Must pass background check and drug screening Prior BDC or Service Advisor Experience a plus!
