Year 1-2: Wealth Operations Associate (Client Service) Year 2-4: Senior CSA /Operations Lead Optional Path:
Paraplanner → Advisor track (for those interested in financial planning) You will gain direct exposure to high-net-worth client service and real financial planning workflows. About the Role We are a relationship-driven RIA serving ~250 client families with close to $1B in assets under management. . Clients expect precision, responsiveness, and a high-touch experience. This role is the operational backbone of that experience. You will work directly with advisors and paraplanners to execute client service tasks, manage workflows, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. A Day in the Life A typical day includes: Handling 5-15 client service requests (account issues, transfers, wires) Coordinating with custodians (Schwab, Fidelity) Preparing client meeting materials and follow-ups Managing workflows and tasks in CRM (Advyzon / Advisor Engine) Processing paperwork and ensuring accuracy Tracking deadlines and prioritizing urgent requests This role requires organization, precision, and strong follow-through under pressure . Key Responsibilities Client Service Execution Serve as primary contact for client service requests Manage account openings, transfers, distributions Coordinate with custodians and third parties Ensure timely and accurate completion of requests Workflow & Operations Maintain CRM accuracy and task tracking Manage scheduling and meeting coordination Track and execute workflows and deadlines Process forms and documentation Team Support Support paraplanners and advisors Prepare materials for client meetings Improve internal processes and efficiency Minimum Qualifications 2+ years in client service, operations, or administrative role Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Professional communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in wealth management, RIA, or financial services Familiarity with custodians (Schwab, Fidelity) CRM experience (Advyzon, Advsior Engine, etc.) Expereince with Holistiplan, eMoney, FMGsuite, Knowbe4, Morningstar, etc.) Interest in financial planning as a career path What Success Looks Like Within 6-12 months: Client requests handled accurately and promptly CRM is consistently clean and up to date Advisors rely on you to keep workflows moving Clients experience seamless, high-quality service Decison made to take advantage of Paraplanning Course.
