Position Overview:

We are looking for a warm, energetic, and reliable Customer Experience Associate to join our team. This role focuses on creating a fun and memorable experience for our young guests while assisting with basic spa services and overall daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with children and enjoys a hands-on, creative environment.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage with children and parents in a friendly, professional manner Assist with basic, child-friendly nail care services (filing, buffing, and regular polish application) Apply light sparkle makeup and face jewels (age-appropriate) Help set up and reset stations for each guest Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and spa areas Assist with birthday parties and group events Support photo moments and overall guest experience Ensure each child feels comfortable, included, and celebrated

Requirements:

Experience working with children preferred (childcare, camps, schools, etc.) Friendly, patient, and upbeat personality Strong customer service skills Reliable and punctual Comfortable working weekends (especially Saturdays) Willingness to learn spa procedures and sanitation standards Preferred (but not required): Interest in beauty, nails, or makeup Experience in retail, hospitality, or party hosting

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 22.0 per week
