Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Demonstrated success in sales or client-facing roles. Strong comfort level with digital policy management systems. Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening. High school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with the local Torrington market and community landscape. Responsibilities Connect with local families and business owners to understand their unique protection needs. Guide clients through complex insurance decisions with clarity and patience. Proactively reach out to members of our community to discuss coverage updates and life changes. Prepare and deliver clear, helpful quotes that accurately reflect client goals. Maintain organized, up-to-date client files to ensure smooth service and long-term support. Collaborate with our office team to improve our outreach and client retention strategies.
