This role supports demand forecasting, planning, and operational execution activities, including order processing and invoicing support. This role works closely with senior planners, sales, customer support, and finance teams to ensure demand data, customer orders, and billing information are accurate, timely, and aligned. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early career professional to gain hands-on experience across forecasting, order management, and business operations within a B2B environment. Key Responsibilities Forecasting & Data Support Assist in preparing demand forecasts using historical sales data and predefined models Collect, validate, and organize demand and sales data from internal systems Support weekly and monthly forecast update processes Track basic forecast accuracy and review forecast vs. actual variances Maintain forecast files, templates, and planning tools Order Processing Support Assist with customer order entry, validation, and confirmation in ERP or order management systems Review orders for accuracy related to pricing, quantities, lead times, and customer requirements Coordinate with sales, customer service, and supply chain teams to resolve order discrepancies Monitor open orders, backorders, and shipment status Support documentation for order changes, cancellations, or returns. Invoicing & Billing Support Assist with invoice creation, review, and processing in coordination with Finance Validate invoice accuracy against customer orders, pricing agreements, and shipment details Help resolve basic invoicing discrepancies or customer billing inquiries Maintain accurate records related to invoicing and order fulfillment Support month‑end and reporting activities related to orders and billing. Planning & Coordination Provide forecast and order inputs to production, inventory, and supply planning teams Support demand monitoring, backlog tracking, and variance analysis Flag unusual demand patterns or data inconsistencies to senior planners Assist with new product introductions, transitions, and phase‑outs. Reporting & Analytics Prepare standard planning and operational reports (forecast vs actuals, order status, backlog) Assist in basic data analysis and reporting using Excel or BI tools Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or demand review meetings through data preparation Document assumptions and maintain planning and order history for reference Qualifications & Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field (or in progress) Strong analytical, organizational, and attention‑to‑detail skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, spreadsheets, data organization) Comfort working with numerical data and business systems Strong willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks Exposure to ERP, order management, or invoicing systems Basic understanding of supply chain, order‑to‑cash, or planning concepts. Work Environment & Compensation This is a fully onsite, office-based role. The position follows standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
