What You'll Do Greet customers and create a first-class service experience Accurately identify customer concerns and recommend services Recommend maintenance and repair services ethically and effectively Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the process Manage workflow to ensure on-time delivery and high CSI scores Handle high-volume traffic without sacrificing quality What We're Looking For 2+ years as an Automotive Service Advisor (dealership experience preferred) Proven track record of high sales and CSI performance Strong communication and closing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Reynolds & Reynolds / CDK experience is a plus Team player with a competitive edge What We Offer Aggressive pay plan with uncapped earning potential High car count = strong earning opportunity Supportive management team (we want you to win)
