Job Description

Responsibilities:
Order Management:
Accurately take and prepare guest orders, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
Guest Interaction:
Provide top-notch guest experience through friendly interactions, maintaining cleanliness, and serving hot and fresh meals.
Team Collaboration:
Contribute to a positive and collaborative family environment by working eƯectively with team members.
Speed of Service:
Maintain fast and eƯicient service times while ensuring order accuracy.
Upselling & Product Knowledge:
Suggest menu items or promotions to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
Handling Guest Concerns:
Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
