Customer Service Representative

Local trucking company is looking for an entry level customer service representative to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate would have a background in customer service, is dependable and reliable. They should be able to work as a team player and as an individual. Duties would include but are not limited to: Answering phones High Volume Data entry Scheduling Appointments Assist dispatchers Emailing customers Applicant should be able to work under pressure and handle a high volume of phone calls. Applicants should be able to multi task and have a good attitude. Experience in an office setting is a plus.
