Responsible for answering inbound calls and dealing with patient queries promptly.
Maintain an up-to-date record of patient credit information.
Perform authorizations, benefit functions, and billing functions as part of the role.
Participate in clinical trial operations as required.
Monitor patient accounts and take necessary actions based on account status
