Job Responsibilities Welcome and help customers, check in vehicles and schedule vehicles for estimates Answer the phones Follows up on parts department orders to ensure parts availability. Monitors progress and completion of vehicles in the shop and calls customers as necessary Monitors paper flow to ensure that all documents are accounted for, filled out completely and legibly, and filed or distributed to the appropriate parties. Prepares final billing for completed repair orders. Controls accounts receivable for body repair work. General office duties such as computerized data entry, insurance processing, complying reports, and filing Strong attention to detail, as well as excellent verbal and writing communication abilities, are required Enthusiastic attitude with desire to provide excellent customer service Maintains professional appearance.
