- Handle multiple deadlines and tasks simultaneously
- Process, prepare, and verify incoming applications, newspaper ads, and certified mail
- Calculate, process and balance cash and checks in a sometimes-hurried environment
- Handle customers on the phone and in person
- Process and disburse surplus funds
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication skills
- Type 30 WPM
- Proficient use of Word, Excel and the ability to learn industry-based software
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure and apply basic bookkeeping skills to balance daily deposits
