Drug-Free Environment Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors. This role supports daily operations for our lawn maintenance, landscape, and irrigation departments by managing phone calls, emails, scheduling requests, and general administrative tasks. The Customer Care Specialist acts as the communication hub of the office—assisting clients with service inquiries, processing payments, and providing clerical support to account managers and field supervisors. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Benefits

  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take accurate messages.
  • Serve as cross-trained backup for assigned team members, ensuring uninterrupted operations during absences, vacations, or periods of increased workloads
  • Assist clients with scheduling services and responding to general questions.
  • Process payments and provide receipts or billing information as needed.
  • Maintain front desk organization and office supply inventory.
  • Support account managers and field supervisors through scheduling and data entry.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and internal communications.
  • Monitor and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with daily office operations and additional administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Report management (monthly maintenance reports for accurate record keeping)
  • Follow up on job status updates
  • Send proposal follow ups and reminders to customers
  • Upload accepted proposals
  • Distribute packages when delivered
  • Give employment applications to walk-ins
  • Weekly housekeeping duties
  • Taking inventory, restocking the cleaning cart, and ordering office supplies
  • Make one off timecards
  • Scan check stubs
  • Proactively email customers when their auto pay cards are expiring
  • Make a list of employees who receive a weekly check.
  • Handle Xerox supply ordering
  • Assist with coordinating company events (food trucks, dinners, holidays, etc.). Skills and Abilities
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
  • Ability to learn company scheduling, billing, and CRM software.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
  • Professional, courteous, and team-oriented demeanor.
  • Proficient typing skills 40+ wpm Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required .
  • Previous experience in reception, administrative support, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with landscaping, lawn maintenance, or irrigation services is a plus. Requirements
  • Clean criminal background
  • Customer service experience of 3 years minimum
  • Commute daily to and from Bartow, FL.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Clean driving record-Driving Record will be checked
  • No criminal background
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior.
