Job Description

Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This remote position will focus on providing excellent support and communication for healthcare-related outreach projects. Candidates must be comfortable with outbound calls, documenting interactions, and following provided scripts to ensure smooth communication. Equipment pick-up and troubleshooting support will require occasional visits to the Boca Raton, Florida office.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to inform individuals about program qualifications and schedule appointments as needed.
  • Leave detailed messages and document all communication when unable to reach recipients.
  • Follow scripts accurately to ensure consistent and clear messaging during calls.
  • Maintain records of interactions and update systems with relevant information.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues remotely and visit the office for any unresolved technical problems.
  • Utilize Microsoft Remote Desktop and other software tools to manage data entry and correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively via email to address inquiries and provide updates.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently while managing multiple tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives. Requirements
  • Proficiency in customer service and call center operations, with experience in handling high call volumes.
  • Strong skills in data entry and accuracy in documenting interactions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Remote Desktop applications.
  • Ability to work remotely in a distraction-free environment with reliable internet connectivity (minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload).
  • Comfort with technology and willingness to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars effectively.
  • Bilingual candidates, particularly Spanish speakers, are highly preferred.
