Job Description
As we continue to expand, Bonita Boat Center is seeking a dedicated
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
to join our Service Department. Bonita Boat Center is a leading provider of high-quality boats and exceptional customer service and one of Top 100 Best Boat Dealer in North America. Ideal Candidate will enjoy interacting with customers and ensure their 100% satisfaction. They will be efficient and proactive in their responsibilities and comply with company procedures. As a Customer Service Representative , you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve any issues or concerns, and ensure their overall satisfaction. Work in coordination with Sales and Service teams to provide the support needed to deliver exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and order information in the database.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues or concerns.
- Greet customers and provide assistance at the front desk when needed.
- Assist and participate in special events including boat shows, auctions and any other on or off-site promotions.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and written communication.
- Assist the Sales Team with all files, paperwork and clerical support.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a marketing role is a plus.
- Spanish (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of marine industry terminology and practices is a plus.
