Customer Service Associate

Bounce City Brandon is a vibrant indoor play center filled with bounce houses, soft play areas, and fun for the whole family!

Duties & Responsibilities Customer Service:

Welcome guests with a smile, check in families, and answer questions about our facility, events, and safety rules.

Safety Monitoring:

Supervise play areas to ensure kids are playing safely and following the rules.

Cleaning & Sanitizing:

Maintain cleanliness of play areas, tables, and restrooms throughout the day.

Event Support:

Assist with birthday parties, group events, and special promotions (including setup, hosting, and cleanup).

Cash Handling:

Operate the register for admissions, concessions, and merchandise sales.

Teamwork:

Work closely with other staff to create a fun, smooth-running environment for guests. --- Expectations Maintain a friendly, energetic, and approachable attitude at all times. Be reliable and punctual—our guests count on us to be ready when the doors open. Stay active on your feet—this is a fast-paced role that involves walking, bending, and light lifting. Follow all safety protocols and help enforce them in a positive way. Be flexible with scheduling—weekends, holidays, and some evenings are required. Represent Bounce City Brandon in a professional, fun, and family-friendly manner.
