Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred). Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
Bilingual English/Spanish Skills and Competencies:
Problem-solving and conflict resolution. Multitasking and time management. Teamwork and collaboration. Attention to detail. Patience and empathy.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
