Maintains knowledge of branch policies and procedures; including but not limited to adhering to individual authority limits and cash drawer limits as set by the Board of Directors. Perform teller related functions and maintain a cash drawer as needed during peak hours. Responsible for following opening and closing procedures. Provides exceptional customer service, answers customer issues and has general knowledge of all banking services. Reports any issues or concerns to supervisors; works together for an acceptable outcome. Actively seeks out the information and training needed for continual education and knowledge of job functions and various federal regulations including but not limited to Bank Secrecy and Anti-Money Laundering Act and roles and responsibilities relating to each act.
