  • ABOUT THE ROLE
    We're hiring a second
  • Legal Sales Closer
  • to join our existing closer and take ownership of converting prospects into paying clients.
You'll handle inbound leads from our website, social media inquiries, phone calls, and referrals. You'll build genuine connections with prospects, understand their cases, present our fee structures and timelines clearly, and close them. You'll work directly with our attorneys—who are kind, experienced, and will guide you through the process—to ensure clients are set up for success. This is performance-driven. The better you do = better we all do. The more clients you close, the more money you make. Simple. We're scaling this business, and with another strong closer, we can hit our growth targets.   • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Take and convert phone calls
  • from prospects and inbound leads—this is a primary responsibility Qualify leads from website form submissions, social media inquiries (Instagram DMs, TikTok comments, Facebook messages), phone calls, and referrals Present fee structures, timelines, and engagement agreements with confidence and clarity Build genuine rapport and connection with prospects to establish trust Handle objections around cost, timeline, case complexity, and competing options—close the sale Close signed client agreements and hand off to attorneys for onboarding Manage pipeline and track metrics (we'll give you the system) Collaborate with our existing closer to share leads and manage call volume Work closely with our attorneys (who will give you proper instruction and guidance) to understand cases and present solutions Provide feedback to the team on market demand and common prospect questions Follow up on stalled prospects and nurture warm leads•
WHAT YOU BRING REQUIRED
1+ years of sales experience (B2B sales, client acquisition, or closing experience)
  • Intuitive people skills
  • — You read people well and know how to build genuine connection quickly Proven closing ability with specific examples (you can cite your numbers: deals closed, average deal size)
  • Strong phone presence
  • — You're comfortable on calls, confident, and conversational (not robotic) Comfort handling objections and rejection without losing confidence Organized, reliable, detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish/English)
IS A MUST
for the Miami market and Latin America
NICE TO HAVE
Immigration law knowledge or legal industry background Sales experience in professional services (law, consulting, etc.) Experience working in a team environment with other salespeople Familiarity with legal fees and engagement structures
  • COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE
  • $40,000 base salary + performance-based compensation
  • This is a results-driven position. Your earning potential depends on your performance, and we reward hard work generously. Here's what that means:

  • $40,000/year (guaranteed)
  • Performance-based compensation:
  • Determined by closing pace, attendance, professionalism, communication, and overall contribution to the firm

  • If you close clients at a strong pace, show up every day, communicate well with staff and attorneys, and demonstrate real professionalism, you will be compensated for that. We're not keeping you at $40K if you're crushing it. That's not how we operate. We follow Florida Bar ethical guidelines for all compensation, and we operate with full transparency about what you can realistically earn.

  • This is a small team, but we're scaling.
  • You'll have direct relationships with the founders and attorneys. Your performance matters. And if you're good, you'll be part of building something real.
