Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional support and ensuring smooth daily operations. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly at the front desk, establishing a professional and friendly first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls accurately to appropriate departments or personnel Handle data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to maintain accurate records and financial information Perform administrative responsibilities such as filing, proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars with precision Support office management activities including organizing files, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with bookkeeping tasks Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction Assist with clerical duties such as typing correspondence, managing incoming emails, and supporting other team members as needed Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience using QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record-keeping Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, filing, and proofing documents Prior office experience or administrative background that includes calendar management and office management tasks Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Customer service expertise with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving capabilities Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus but not required Join us in delivering top-tier customer service while honing your administrative talents!
