In this role, agents serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding parking inquiries, payment assistance, account support, citation questions, and access issues related to automated parking systems. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in parking operations, transportation, or call center support is a plus. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and support requests in a professional and timely manner Assist customers with parking payments, account management, permits, and citation inquiries Support customers using parking systems, mobile payment platforms, and automated access technology Research and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in company systems Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary Maintain knowledge of parking policies, enforcement procedures, and operational updates Provide clear explanations of parking rates, rules, violations, and payment options Monitor and respond to customer issues with urgency and professionalism Meet performance metrics including call quality, response times, attendance, and customer satisfaction goals Collaborate with operations, enforcement, and management teams to ensure seamless customer support Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information responsibly Preferred Qualifications Previous call center or customer service experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working with multiple software systems and technology platforms Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Bilingual candidates are a plus Schedule & Environment Full-time and part-time opportunities available Fast-paced operations environment supporting parking facilities and customers in real time
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
