Our products are sold via a network of independent dealers and distributors or directly to major builders and contractors. We are looking for a talented and creative individual who is willing to go the extra mile to make our clients happy and exceed their expectations. The ideal candidate is passionate about exploring a new field and has the ability to provide the highest caliber of customer service. Applicants with Customer Service experience and knowledge in the field of cabinetry are preferred. Responsibilities Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with a warm, professional demeanor. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls, and provide exceptional customer support. Utilize computer skills to perform order entry, update records accurately using Netsuite. Assist with office duties such as calendar management to schedule shipments. Support clerical tasks. Handle customer service interactions via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette and patience. Face to Face interactions with customers. Qualifications Customer service or shipping experience (one year or more) Bilingual Spanish preferred, not required Knowledge of RTA cabinets is a major plus Strong organizational skills Detail-oriented Ability to work under pressure Negotiation This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to enhance their skills while providing outstanding support to our team.
