• focused Internal Service Advisor to join our automotive service team.

In this vital role, you will act as the primary point of contact for the used car manager, sales department bringing vehicles in for service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. Your expertise in automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and dealership service processes will drive customer satisfaction and retention. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical understanding with exceptional customer service skills, contributing directly to the success of our dealership's service department. Responsibilities listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance, including oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, suspension work, alignments, and transmission diagnostics Prepare accurate auto estimates and service writing documentation for technicians and dealership. Upsell additional services such as air brake inspections, shocks & struts replacements, when appropriate Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services maintain proper records of all financial dealings, ensure PDIs are completed and booked out properly Maintain thorough knowledge of automotive repair procedures, including auto estimating software and diagnostic tools Experience Proven dealership experience in auto service management. Strong background in automotive diagnostics, mechanical repair, and vehicle maintenance procedures Familiarity with a wide range of automotive systems including transmissions, oil changes, alignments, suspension systems, tire services, brake repairs, shocks & struts, diesel engines, air brakes, and auto body repair Experience in upselling services while maintaining excellent customer relationships Knowledge of auto estimating software and service writing processes Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive care while fostering a positive environment for both customers and colleagues.
