We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our insurance agency team. This role is essential in delivering excellent client support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Answering incoming phone calls professionally and assist clients with inquiries Provide information regarding policies, coverage, billing and general account questions Accurately document all customer interations and communications in agency systems Complete assigned administrative and service-related tasks in a timely manner Assist with policy updates, changes, and general servicing needs Maintain organized and up-to-date client records Communicate effectively with agents and leadership Skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracey in record-keeping Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn agency management systems Professional and courteous demeanor
