Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries by phone, email and chat Responsible for providing customers with service information and order updates with confidence Processing customer orders through various web interfaces and working with vendors Handle customer disputes, billing inquiries and payments Work with sales, technical support and accounting teams in handling customer inquiries Attend other related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

Positive attitude Ability to multitask Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required Self-motivated with excellent organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite Ability to work in fast paced environment

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
