Customer Account Specialist GL Staffing Services, Inc. - 3.3 Fort Lauderdale, FL Job Details Full-time $60,000 a year 13 hours ago Qualifications CRM software Bachelor's degree Attention to detail Business Administration Account management Time management Full Job Description The Customer Account management - Defense serves as a primary point of contact for defense industry customers, supporting both technical and commercial inquiries. This role is responsible for quotation preparation, order management, ERP/CRM administration, and coordination of delivery schedules while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Schedule & Compensation Salary:
$60,000 per year
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, morning shift
Travel:
5-10% domestic travel required Essential Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate and respond to technical and commercial customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Calculate pricing for both existing and new products. Generate quotations, formal responses to RFQs, and maintain customer-specific price lists. Manage and coordinate lead times and delivery schedules with internal teams. Process ERP transactions, including: Sales orders Order confirmations Shipping confirmations Invoices Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer interactions and sales order entries. Attend domestic defense industry events and trade shows as a company representative. Skills & Competencies Ability to effectively respond to technical and commercial inquiries. Strong multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Customer-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving skills. Technical Experience Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot. Familiarity with ERP systems such as Sage B7 or SAP. Understanding of export control and defense regulations (preferred):

Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support, or defense industry operations. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related technical discipline preferred. #Pro123
