Log every interaction accurately in JobNimbus so the rest of the team has a clean, current record.
Resolve routine customer questions on first contact and escalate complex issues to the right team member.

What We're Looking ForPrevious customer service, call center, or front-office experience, ideally in construction, home services, or a related field.
Comfortable working in a CRM and learning new software tools quickly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Able to stay calm, warm, and professional, even with frustrated or anxious customers.
Desired SkillsBilingual in English and Spanish.
Hands-on experience with HotProspectors, GoHighLevel, or JobNimbus.
Familiarity with the roofing, construction, or insurance restoration process.
