Position Overview We are seeking a detail-driven Assistant to support our established Owner Relations Managers and assigned territories. This role is primarily focused on data entry, account maintenance, and administrative support , ensuring all property, owner, and reservation information is accurate, up-to-date, and organized. This is a critical behind-the-scenes position that helps keep operations running smoothly and supports the success of our owner-facing team. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and maintain property, reservation, and owner data across internal systems Support Owner Relations Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks Audit listings and accounts to ensure accuracy across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, internal systems, etc.) Update pricing, availability, and property details as directed Assist with onboarding new properties, including data setup and system entry Monitor and correct discrepancies in calendars, rates, and reservation details Maintain organized digital records and documentation Communicate internally with team members to resolve data or system issues Assist with reporting and basic performance tracking as needed Compensation & Growth Hourly position (based on experience) Opportunity for growth into an Owner Relations Manager Hands-on/On-the-job training Qualifications Strong attention to detail accuracy is non-negotiable Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data systems, and multiple platforms Highly organized with the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines consistently Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or hospitality/property management is a plus Work Style & Expectations Thrives in a structured, process-driven environment Able to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and focus Proactive in identifying and correcting errors Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support multiple managers Why This Role Matters This role is the backbone of our operation.
