Responsibilities Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times Greet visitors at the front desk, manage check-in procedures, and direct them appropriately Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive attitude Manage data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks when necessary Assist with clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars Support office management tasks including organizing files, maintaining office supplies, and overseeing general administrative functions Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and support administrative projects to ensure efficient office operations Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles within an office environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs Previous experience as a front desk or medical/dental receptionist is advantageous Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and document handling Embark on a rewarding career where your organizational talents and customer support skills make a real difference!
