Customer Service Representative - Duties & Qualifications Provide professional and friendly customer service by phone, email, chat, and in person. Assist customers with product questions, pricing, availability, samples, order placement, and order status updates. Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish , written and verbal. Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds accurately. Follow up with customers regarding shipping updates, backorders, damaged items, and delivery issues. Coordinate with the warehouse, sales team, and shipping carriers to resolve customer concerns efficiently. Maintain accurate customer notes, order information, and communication records. Help organize product information, inventory updates, and basic administrative tasks as needed. Handle customer complaints with patience, professionalism, and a solution-oriented attitude. Support daily showroom, warehouse, and office operations when necessary. Qualifications Strong communication skills in English and Spanish are required. Basic computer knowledge, including email, internet browsers, spreadsheets, and order-entry systems. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Customer-service experience is preferred, but training can be provided. Experience with Shopify is a plus, but not required. Ability to operate a forklift is a plus, but not required. Reliable, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team.
